Shared Summer.Original Painting

I had never painted hydrangeas before.

I have a couple of little pink hydrangea plants in my yard, but across the street my neighbor grows a magnificent white hydrangea covered in blooms every summer.

One morning, while gathering lilies from my garden, I asked if I could cut a few of her flowers. She kindly said yes.

Back home, the lilies, pink hydrangeas, and borrowed white blooms came together in a bouquet that felt like summer itself. This painting is a celebration of beautiful gardens, generous neighbors, and the small moments that make a place feel like home.

Painting framed in elegant floating frame.
